Steve's story

Steve's story...I gave up drinking on the 1st September 24. After a court case i decided it was time to quit. Doing well & saving money.
You & others think you can't or won't do it. I access a weekly group & have acupuncture weekly.
I had many stressful days & weeks. But my will power has proved all wrong, that it can be done.

Recovery is possible: An addict's story

"Recovery is Possible" is a raw and unfiltered journey through addiction, trauma, and the fight for sobriety. Matt, a recovering alcoholic and survivor of childhood abuse, shares his first year of recovery—not as a doctor, but as someone who has lived it.

Through personal reflections, strategies, and hard-earned lessons, he offers a guide for those battling addiction. From childhood trauma to public accountability, Matt’s story proves that change is possible, no matter how deep the struggle.

The proceeds form the sale of this book supports the sober coach hub and the initiative, helping others on their path to recovery.
